Filipino Martial Arts for the Modern Warrior

She shares her joy of nature, meditation, tending to the spirit, goal setting, physical challenges, philosophy, and self-defense in her classes and workshops.  Freeda is a 3rd Degree Black Belt and Certified Buti Yoga Instructor, a former FBANC Board Member and proud Pinay Powerhouse!

Wear comfortable clothing, shoes or no shoes, whatever feels best to move.  Create space and time to be present, and make sure to thank the tubig you bring!  If you have Eskrima sticks or training knives, feel free to bring them, but they are not necessary.  Families are welcome.
