We'll be celebrating our Filipino American History this month by digging into our roots in a safe space with community! Roanne is mom of 4, a licensed Psychotherapist and a trained hypnotherapist. She has more than 12 years in clinical experience working with children, adults & couples from diverse-cultural backgrounds. She has conducted at least 400 home visits to Filipino homes where she served as a bi-lingual social worker for Older & Disabled Adults in Solano County. She has also worked in various Public & Mental Health programs like Black Infant Health, Foster Care Treatment Unit and was the Lead Outreach Clinician for Solano County’s Filipino Outreach Project for 5 years. She is the author of the Ebook: 5 Pinoy Love Languages and creator of the presentation entitled: Filipino Core Values & Considerations in Culturally-Responsive Care. Presented to at least 28 organizations including the UC Davis Disparity Research team. Today Roanne is a Psychotherapist in private practice & the creator of kalamansijuice.com. She is a kapeng barako lover and enjoys tawa sessions with her kids.
