Patrick Bumatay, Circuit Court Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit (the first Filipino-American to serve as a federal appellate judge) and Hon. Rohanee Zapanta, Superior Court of San Diego County, California (the second ever Filipina judge in San Diego County).
