Bryan is all about compliance and playing it safe.
The same is true when it comes to fitness training. But to play it safe, Bryan believes participants must first know their limits.
As a HIIT and certified Les Mills BodyPump™ instructor, Bryan treats his participants like athletes. He sees them as athletes because they can become whoever—and as strong as—they want to be. Whether it is getting participants to add more weight to the barbell, conquer one more Clean & Press or dropping a squat a little lower, Bryan challenges his classes not to be afraid to find out how strong they are.
