FlowLIFT is a mat-based strength training workout using light ankle and hand weights. It is derived form the influences of yoga, Pilates, and weight training. The 45-minute workout consists of constant dynamic moves to improve endurance and cardiovascular fitness. They dynamic moves challenge the body and engage the mind to strengthen not only your body, but also increase mental toughness.
A yoga mat, water bottle, hand towel, and a pair of light hand weights/ substitute (2-4 lbs) are required. Ankle weights are encouraged, but are not necessary.
